Home » Beverly Hills OB/GYN Barry J. Brock Faces Lawsuits by Several Women for Sexual Misconduct in a Medical Setting
OB/GYN Barry J. Brock, M.D., is facing multiple lawsuits by female patients who say he subjected them to sexual exploitation and abuse. The recent court filings show a pattern of misconduct and abuse that spans the course of Brock’s 40-year-long career at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Beverly Hills-Rodeo Drive OB/GYN Clinic.

Brock also has been a member of the Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery Center and the Center for Women’s Incontinence and Pelvic Health. Brock has also been public about the low number of cesarean sections that he’s performed while touting his preference for vaginal deliveries. However, the sexual abuse lawsuits that were recently filed against Brock include claims that at least two of the children that Brock delivered ended up suffering permanent brain damage due to Brock’s failure to perform a timely cesarean delivery.
Multiple patients have already come forward to file lawsuits asserting claims of inappropriate behavior and sexual misconduct. These include:
